The Eagles Nest Church Sunday service, held its first service at The Showplace, a one hundred and fifty-sitter hall located in Westlands, a suburb of Nairobi. The first children’s church fellowship of the church also opened its doors on the same day. The Tuesday and Thursday evening meetings continued to hold. However, the venue of the meetings moved to The Showplace.
A training program, was initiated geared at training those who served in the different departments within the Eagles Nest Church known as the Basic Orientation Course(now Kingdom Foundations Course).
