THE SEVEN PROFESSIONAL NATIONS

The great commission given to the Church as seen in Matthew 28:18-20 is a command given to every believer in Christ Jesus.Each believer has a part to play in bringing the nations under the Kingdom and will of God (Matthew 6:10). Yet in order to carry out and fulfil this great commission the Church must realise that within every geographical nation are also professional and language based nations which the Church must strategically and effectively work to reconcile to God.

The professional nations are the believer’s pulpit through which he/she carries out his/her unique God given purpose to baptise and reconcile the nations to God. Every believer in Christ is therefore a Kingdom missionary sent on a Kingdom mission through one or more of these professional nations to influence the nations back under the dominion of God.

The seven professional nations are:

science,technology & education

SCIENCE, TECHNOLOGY AND EDUCATION

This is an outreach geared towards reconciling the nation/world of science, technology and education back to God. Science, technology and education were made to serve God, worship Him and reflect Him to His creation. The scope of this nation is to tap into God’s blueprint for this arena and reconcile it back to where it aligns to His will, order, righteousness and standards of excellence.

INDUSTRY, COMMERCE AND FINANCE

This is an outreach/arm geared towards reconciling the nation/world of industry, commerce, and finance back to God.
This is the world involved with equipping, maturing and training those called into the business world to reconcile all its people, systems, practices and industries back to God’s original intent, purpose, righteousness and standards of excellence. The goal being to create on earth through industry, commerce and finance the same reality that exists in heaven.

SPORTS

This is an outreach/arm geared towards reconciling the nation/world of sports back to God. It is cognisant of the fact that all things including sports were made by God and for God and seeks to rediscover God’s original intent and purpose for that sector and restore them back. This does not only affect and influence sports people and the relevant stakeholders but all of creation too.

LIFEGIVERS

This is an outreach geared towards reconciling the nation/world of Lifegivers back to God. This nation incorporates three different sectors i.e Fivefold ministry gifts (apostle , prophet, evangelist, pastor and teacher); helps ministries and the medical fraternity. The goal therefore is to equip, mature and rightly position those called into this sectors to function as heaven’s gateway for ministering life to creation.

FAMILY

This is an outreach geared towards reconciling the nation/world of family back to God. This nation explores the genesis of family, the heart and mind of God for creating family and the institution of marriage. It explores God’s original pattern for every aspect of family from the individual, the institution of marriage, parenting, those called to minister to the various family groups etc. The goal is to reconcile family back to original design as the original template for all families.

GOVERNMENT AND MILITARY

This is an outreach geared towards reconciling the nation/world Government and Military back to God. It focuses on the role of government and its arms (executive, judiciary and legislative) to administrate, lead and govern communities, civilizations, geographies and resources to God’s will, righteousness and standards of excellence. Government therefore is seen from God’s perspective and design to maximize the purposes and potentials of creation so they can serve, reflect and worship God.

ARTS, MEDIA AND ENTERTAINMENT

This is an outreach geared towards reconciling the nation/world of Arts, Media and Entertainment back to God. This is an industry that has prominence through its various arms and which is instrumental in influencing paradigms, culture and civilisations. The goal therefore becomes looking at God’s concept for the nation, reclaiming and rebuilding it here on earth and raising people called into that space with that DNA. With that arts,media and entertainment ministers use that creative space to influence creation back to God and His eternal purposes.
